It's all about the people - whatever we do it finally comes down to people - you have to care about them.

In web development every problem has a solution, usually more than one. Find it.

O3. Know your limits

Do the best you can and be brave to admit when you're overwhelmed. Be honest

If the process is enjoyable the outcome is better. Create a good atmosphere around you. It builds a team
